Trip Log Pro is an app for owner-operators and lease-purchase truck drivers to track weekly settlements, fuel, expenses and take-home pay. This policy explains what the app collects, where it goes, and what control you have over it.

When you create an account we collect and store:
We do not collect your phone number, home address, date of birth, government ID, driver's licence, CDL number, or any identity documents.
The information you enter into the app is stored in your account so it can be restored if you change or reset your device. This includes:
We do not sell your data. We never have and we will not.
We use a small number of service providers to make the app work. They only receive what they need to perform their function:
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, such as in response to a valid legal order.
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app at any time. This permanently removes your login, your trips, your financial records and your settings from our servers.
You can also request deletion by emailing triplogproapp@gmail.com from the address on your account. We will action it within 30 days.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed from our systems. Some information may persist briefly in routine backups before being overwritten. Records we are legally required to retain, such as transaction records for tax purposes, are kept as long as the law requires.
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls so that your records are only reachable by your account. Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are never readable by us. Keys for any third-party service stay on our server and are never included in the app itself.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Trip Log Pro is a business tool for commercial drivers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
Most of this you can do directly in the app — your data is visible and editable there, exportable through the report feature, and deletable through account deletion. For anything else, email us.
If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Our servers and service providers may be located in the United States. If you use the app from another country, your information will be processed in the US under this policy.
If we change how the app handles your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be notified in the app.
